Membre de jury
La semaine précédente j’étais pour la première fois de ma vie membre d’un jury !
J’étais ravie d’être choisie pour l'être tout d’abord, c’était comme une nouvelle étape : passer du stade d’être candidate comme autres avec tout ce que cela implique: fournir des efforts scientifiques et psychologiques pour persuader et convaincre un jury, au stade d’être parmi ceux qui ont la responsabilité d’interviewer pour faire enfin de compte une sélection.
La tâche était toute sauf facile ! C’était difficile de donner l’allure d’un membre de jury avec mon gentil visage et sourire, et mon jeune age par rapport à certains candidats ;
C’était difficile d’interviewer tout en sachant que les ambitions, rêves, et même le futur d’un candidat est entre tes mains en autres ! Qu’un jour la chance t’a été donnée donc il faut faire gaffe pour ne pas empêcher qu’elle se reproduit pour un autre.
C’était difficile d’être membre de jury dans un concours où l’un de tes amis est candidat, une information que tu découvres juste la veille du concours !
Difficile d’adapter une attitude impartiale vis-à-vis de ton ami pour ne pas être accusée de sabotager ses ambitions, tout en être convaincue qu' autres candidats le méritent le plus.
